Installation and Usage Tips

Four holes are needed to install the step. There are five 11mm wide mounting holes on each side, and only two holes need to be placed on each side to secure the step to the RV chassis.

Please carefully check the size of the step and the width of your RV door and chassis height before placing an order to ensure the step is suitable for your RV.

This RV step can support up to 440 lbs, and the step itself weighs 15.21 lbs.

All wires are pre-fixed, leaving 1 red and 1 black wire for you to connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to the battery.

Never step on the footboards if the step is in operation, not fully extended, or is retracted, as this could cause injury and failure of the step.

In the event of motor or electrical failure, with power turned off, loosen the indicated bolt and take it out. Once the step has been manually retracted back into the correct position, replace the bolt and tighten it up.
